York Fluid Controls is a leading distributor of industrial pumps and liquid handling equipment and is currently seeking an individual to cover a range of customer service duties.

This challenging position includes the following:
- Evaluation and interpretation of customer needs and be able to select appropriate equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, fax or e-mail.
- Must build customer relationships.
- To be able to troubleshoot with customers.
- To prepare quotations, to effectively administrate proposals and work orders.
- Must be fluent with Word, Excel, and Acrobat etc.
- Provide support for outside sales, shop and office staff.
- To be professional, courteous both written and verbal communication with customers, vendors and fellow staff.
