Stainless Steel Positive Displacement Pumps Coro-Vane from Corken
Corken's Sabre Series SSV pumps are stainless steel positive displacement pumps. They produce a maximum differential pressure of 200 psig (13.8 bar g). This pump line currently provides capacities of up to 65 gpm (246 L/min). Stainless steel positive
displacement pumps can handle discharge pressures up to 400 psig (27.6 bar).Product Features
- 316 stainless steel construction
- Self-aligning drive design. Eliminates costly alignment procedures, extends pump/ seal life.
- Low residual liquid remains in pump between cycles. Reduces potential for cross contamination.
- Universal gland accepts most cartridge and component mechanical seals. Flexibility in sealing saves time and costs associated with upgrading sealing as liquids or environmental needs change.
- Port dimensions match other common vane pump designs
- Connect directly to 1,750 or 1,150 rpm motors, thus saving space and eliminating the need for costly speed reduction.
- Large openings in bracket allow for visual inspection of seal and access to seal gland bolts. Modularity throughout pump line.
- Sealing set screws engage onto recessed shaft diameters.
The stainless steel positive displacement pump has a back pull-out design that allows servicing entire pumping chamber through removal of four head bolts. It is therefore not necessary to service the pump in the production area and disturb the piping. Hoists or lifting equipment is not required. The stainless steel positive displacement pump design includes removable pump casing cams (liners) and reversible/replaceable side plates which reduce maintenance costs. All of these maintenance procedures can be preformed in minutes.
