Industrial Magnetic Drive Vane Pumps from Corken At York Fluid Controls

Corken magnetic drive Coro-Vane® pumps eliminate mechanical seals to assure zero shaft leakage for your most critical pump sealing demands. It utilizes a magnetic coupling in which the magnetic force is transmitted from an outer motor-driven magnetic coupling through an isolation canister to an inner magnetic coupling mounted on the pump shaft. They produce a maximum differential pressure of 125 psig (8.6bar g). Corken manufactures three sizes of Mag Drive Coro-Vane® pumps, ranging from 20gpm to 200gpm (4.5 - 45.4m3/hr). These pumps can handle discharge pressures up to 400 psig (27.6 bar). They are designed for light liquids with viscosities below 10,000 SSU.

Long Life and Ease of Maintenance

The pump housing and rotors are constructed of ductile iron for extra strength and long life. The sliding vanes are self-adjusting which allows for longer life and higher efficiencies throughout the life of the pump. The pump series is simple to repair. The pump design includes removable pump casing cams (liners) and reversible/replaceable side plates which when worn can be replaced in minutes.
