The Sharpe CB-Series Cycloidal Drive Mixer combines a compact cycloidal input gearset with a slow speed helical output gearset to provide an extremely efficient, quiet and durable gearbox.

Multiple tooth contact in the cycloidal gearing and oversize helical gearing allows for momentary overloads of 300% to 500% without damage to the gearbox.

The hollow quill output shaft uses oversize tapered-roller bearings designed for extended bearing life, and requires no flange coupling for assembly.

The drive housing is corrosion-resistant cast iron and incorporates a drywell for positive leak-proof operation on the larger three sizes. Heat and shock loading is isolated with a flexible coupling between the motor and the gearbox. Standard wetted parts are SS316 stainless steel. Carbon steel, exotic alloys or coatings are also available.
